Processing time


The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

  • Digital Download products (.STL) are delivered instantly. Free shipping costs.
  • 3D-Printed Terrain and Vehicles: We manufacture all physical 3D-printed terrain and vehicles on order; processing times may vary based on order volume. For example, based on the printing queue, it might take 1 to 14 working days to print a small building. A village set or several buildings will take longer; it is realistic to expect processing times from 8 to 28 days. Of course, we always strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

  • 3D-printed minifigures are mostly in stock, so processing times are shorter. If your order does not include 3D-Printed Terrain, it will ship within 1 to 8 business days.

Shipping time


Shipping time for physical products varies per region; please consider the following guide.

  • Germany: 1 to 4 working days.
  • European Union: 1 to 7 working days.
  • Europe non-EU: 4 to 21 working days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 to 30 working days.
  • USA: (DHL Paket) 1-3 Weeks. (Tariffs PAID)

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping options

By default, all orders are shipped from Germany, tracked, and insured by Deutsche Post / DHL.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I label the packages in accordance with customs requirements and provide accurate data. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
An exception applies to USA clients: our carrier offers only the DDP option, meaning the tariffs are paid on our side.


Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information you provide to us is accurate. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses resulting from delays, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.


Damages

If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with us within 5 business days at info/AT/patrickminiatures/DOT/com or through the chat on your page.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, damaged packages, delays, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
