These are true 28mm, not the "nearly 32mm" that Games Workshop has adopted. So if these minis look a little small compared to your Imperial Guard or something, that's why. Personally, I think they're top notch.
The proportions seem to sit somewhere between true-scale and heroic, which works great for me. Hands and heads are little larger, which makes for easier detailing, but not so exaggerated that they look cartoonish. The prints are excellent, but I feel like 32mm would've probably been more detailed, for obvious reasons, than 28mm.
