This miniature model house is accurately modeled by me personally. It is inspired by Dutch architecture as seen in all towns in the Netherlands. This miniature house is designed for wargames like bolt action, chain of command, and also modern warfare in mind, but also railroad HO scale collectors will find this piece indispensable in their collection.

The item is unpainted and unprimed. I do the cleanup, but some tiny fibers may still be present.
